Development and Training

Want to learn new skills, make new friends and improve your career prospects? Then why not check out NFYFC’s training courses.

The Curve

If you are looking for a great activity for a club meeting, there is a whole host of ideas among The CurveThe training modules. These interactive, bite-sized training modules focus on issues close to YFC members' hearts, such as agriculture, farm safety, plastic pollution and mental health and wellbeing. The sessions are delivered by YFC Trainers and intended to involve group work and discussion to keep everyone engaged.

There are also a range of Curve modules that have been developed to support successful club operations, which can be used as part of club officer training. While taking on a role in your club will help you to learn essential skills to add to your CV, extra Curve training can help build your confidence and knowledge in the role.

NFYFC also provides training for County officers, County staff and trustees.
