Achiever Plus for YFC Members
What is Achiever Plus and why should I join?
YCF members do many good things and strive to achieve personal goals and objectives. It makes sense therefore, to recognise all your hard work and use it as a launch-pad for your future career.
Achiever Plus is planned to join up with other national land-based industry skills recording and CPD systems, which will allow you to easily transfer all your records in the future when you leave YFC.
Achiever Plus gives you the opportunity to record all this information in one place, on a modern electronic system and update it as often as you like. It can be used throughout your career and working life.
What Achiever Plus can do for you:
Plan your career - the system links with national job roles and career pathways so you can see what a particular job entails, what you can earn, the skills you need and the way you can progress in the future- Find the right training - linked to UK wide training providers, you can find the right training near to you
- Record your qualifications, personal skills and YFC training - record and scan in all your achievements so they can be easily accessed in one place
- CPD recording - record all the activities you do to show you are keeping up-to-date with industry and develop professionalism
- Share your information with others - you can give people/companies access to your information to show your achievements
