About the venue

Onley Grounds Equestrian Complex was developed by brothers, David and Philip Baker. Having both graduated from Harper Adams Agricultural Collage they looked to find a way of supporting their passion for horses and polo whilst still working on the family farm. The result, one of the largest diverse Equestrian Complex's in the country.

The site now boasts two indoor arenas and one large outdoor arena, outdoor grass polo, polo crosse pitches, shops and conference rooms.

There are new developments to the complex with a new café, restaurant and bar's overlooking the arenas.  The complex is able to seat up to 160 people, we can host a variety of different events, from fundraising events to Black Tie Events.  Our complex is involved with numerous equestrian organisations bringing different shows to the centre throughout the year including British Show Jumping and The British Show Pony Society. However as the farm diversity project unfolded the centre also became a great venue for non-equestrian events. Numerous dog shows are held in the indoor arenas and on the fields during the summer months and the National Living History Fayre is featured at the complex twice a year, plus many more.

Onley Grounds Farm Shop & Butchery was established in February 2014, this again is a family run business, as is the equestrian complex.

Davids farming and butchery background and his passion for the finest quality meat seemed an ideal solution to providing beef, reared  on the farm by his father Edwin Baker, direct to customers. The shop and catering butchery also sources other locally produced meat as well as a range of local artisan products, and are constantly expanding their range.
