NFYFC’s 90th Anniversary Summer Ball

NFYFC is 90 and to celebrate this historic occasion, YFC members are invited to our 90th Anniversary Summer Ball on 11 June 2022 in Northumberland.

Hosted on land close to NFYFC Chair Ed Dungait’s farm near Newcastle, there will be a big top, live music, DJs, bars and quality food stalls for everyone to enjoy. It’s time to dig out some seriously sassy outfits as it’s set to be a glam affair with a black-tie dress code – appropriate footwear is required though for the location (think stylish boots rather than platform stilettos!).

County Federations are organising coach trips to this special event, so it’s worth checking with your county office to find out if you can travel with a group. Tickets will be sold separately through an online ticket service. And groups are being encouraged to fundraise on route.

The Ball will open at 2pm until 2am and there is limited camping available for those who need to pitch up for the night. But most people can seek overnight accommodation in the many hotels available in the local area.

YFC members are encouraged to fundraise for charity on their journey to the Ball and activities at the event will raise money for the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Tickets are on sale now for an early bird ticket price of £35 until 1 May 2022. Tickets are limited and are only available to YFC members and Associate Members aged 18 and over.
