The National Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs (NFYFC) is one of the largest rural youth organisations in the UK. It heads a nationwide body of 659 Young Farmers’ Clubs (YFCs) throughout England and Wales.

Led by young people, for young people, YFCs provide 23,000 members aged 10 to 26 with a unique opportunity to develop skills, work with their local community, travel abroad, take part in a varied competitions programme and enjoy a dynamic social life.

We are looking to recruit a dynamic, motivated and experienced team player, able to manage a new team of professionals within a new department.  He/she will provide strong leadership and be an enthusiastic communicator.  It is important that he/she has experience of Marketing, Fundraising and Communications and this would suit a fundraising manager who is looking for the next step up.  He/she should be able to lead and motivate as well as be a team player within a small team and willing to support the CEO and other senior managers.
