Led by young people, for young people

The National Federation of Young Farmers' Clubs is a member-led youth organisation which empowers and equips young people aged 10-26 to take responsibility, lead, make decisions about their own future and have a voice.

The organisation's activities are governed by the NFYFC national council elected from the membership, supported by the steering groups and under the guidance of the board of management.

There is also an NFYFC staff team of specialists.
