Brook is a sexual health charity for young people. NFYFC has commissioned Brook and the National Youth Agency (NYA) to help raise awareness of sexual health issues among its members and to write a sexual health policy for the organisation.

 | Cheltenham Racecourse
Cheltenham Racecourse is home to some of the most prestigious jump racing in the world. The racecourse organises an NFYFC Race Day at its Open Meeting in November at which YFC members enjoy their own hospitality marquee and discounted ticket prices.

 | CLA (Country Land & Business Association)
The Country Land and Business Association (CLA) safeguards the interests of those responsible for land, property and business throughout rural England and Wales. A YFC representative sits on its Agriculture and Land Use Committee.

 | EBLEX
The English Beef and Lamb Executive (EBLEX) helps the beef and lamb industry boost its competitiveness and promote its products. EBLEX works with NFYFC to promote good stockmanship practice among young producers and produces a stockjudging guide for YFC members.

 | English Rural
English Rural is one of the leading researchers and developers of affordable village housing, and works with a variety of partners to tackle the housing problems affecting rural communities.

 | FACE
Farming and Countryside Education (FACE) helps young children learn about food and farming and is a partner for the Year of Food and Farming. NFYFC is one of FACE’s 70 membership organisations.

 | Fresh Start
Fresh Start is an industry-led initiative designed to encourage new entrants into farming and to help established farmers think about how they can develop their businesses in the future. NFYFC is a major supporter and YFC members are actively involved with Fresh Start Academies.

 | iTOL
The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning is the professional body for people specialising in training, development and occupational learning. Its accreditation of NFYFC’s Train the Trainer, Advanced Train the Trainer and Leadership Development courses ensures that training offered is highly regarded by employers and colleges/universities, and results in an internationally recognised training qualification.

Lantra is the Sector Skills Council for the environment and land-based industries. Its main objective is to drive forward skills, learning and training within its sectors. Lantra works with NFYFC to promote careers and research the training needs of YFC members.

 | LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming)
Linking Environment And Farming (LEAF) helps farmers adopt environmentally responsible farming practices and creates a better public understanding of farming. A YFC member sits on LEAF’s Consultative Forum.

 | NFU
The National Farmers’ Union (NFU) champions British farming and provides professional representation and services to more than 60,000 farmers and growers. It offers NFYFC a place for a YFC representative to observe the business of its National Council.

 | RASE
The Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE) helps develop British agriculture and a vibrant rural economy by promoting good practice and having a coordinated, impartial approach to rural issues. The RASE supports NFYFC’s presence at many of their technical events.

 | Rural Youth Network
Rural Youth Network works to raise awareness of issues faced by young people in rural areas, as well as providing support and services to those who work with them. A member of the NFYFC staff team has a place on the network’s Executive Committee.

Savills Rural is focused on the commercial needs of landowners, farmers and rural businesses with 22 dedicated rural offices around the country and over 200 professionals. Savills work closely with NFYFC across the country supporting young people in the countryside.

 | The British Grassland Society
The British Grassland Society is a network for farmers, advisors and scientists. Local clubs in many counties hold evening meetings and farmwalks. With YFC we’ve developed Grassland Challenge as a fun and educational on-farm meeting for YFC clubs

 | The Duke of Edinburgh's Award
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award is a voluntary, non-competitive and flexible programme of cultural and adventurous activities for all young people. NFYFC is one of 400 licensed operating authorities for the award and members aged 14-25 can apply to do the programme through NFYFC.

 | The Health and Safety Executive
