Take Care of Yourself 

Social distancing and the cancellation of activities and events during the Covid-19 crisis can start to put a strain on your mental and physical health.

While we’re all being asked to stay at home it can be particularly hard if you can’t see close friends or wider family.

It’s a good idea to look at ways to stay connected with others as well as to start activities that can keep your mind and body in good shape.

Take time 

NFYFC wants to encourage YFC members to take care of themselves and understand that mental health matters as much as physical health. We want to help you recognise that the changes and disruption that the coronavirus pandemic brings will be influencing your wellbeing.  You can follow guidance in the YFC Take Time guide here. 

YFC Isolation Challenges

NFYFC has introduced weekly YFC Isolation Challenges, which are a fun way to learn a new skill and be part of an online YFC community. We are also hosting live video chats with the NFYFC officer team, and sharing stories and posts to keep you motivated. Check out the challenges here.
