A favourite activity amongst YFCs, as the new year approaches, is to produce a calendar that raises money for charity.

One such club is Stowmarket YFC in Suffolk, who have come up with a brilliant calendar for 2016, which features a three-wheeler similar to the one made famous by 'Del Boy' in the TV sitcom Only Fools & Horses.

Madge, the yellow three-wheeler, is pictured detailing her exploits on the farm - herding up dairy cows, corn carting, ploughing  just to name a few then doing tug of war  and even relaxing with the young farmers on a  picnic. A local farmer and his beloved car, helped out by the Club, had lots of fun framing photographs where the three-wheeler is helping out on the farm.

The calendar is on sale now and ALL proceeds go to R.A.B.I. To obtain a copy, Contact Lucy at: 07739 297374 or You can also pay directly through PayPal using

Celebrating the artistic skills of its members resulted in a raft of awards for Clwyd YFC at their annual Eisteddfod in November.

Eisteddfod is a Welsh festival of literature, music and performance and Clwyd YFC hosted its own event at Denbigh Town Hall to a packed audience and four judges.

Competitions included instrumental solos, folk songs, mimes to music, recitations and a mixed choir – among others.

The winners went on to compete in the Wales Eisteddfod in Aberystwyth.
