Wales YFC winter fair results!

YFC members from all over Wales travelled to the Royal Welsh Winter Fair held to compete in a variety of competitions which were held over the two days.

Counties competed against each other to take the honours in the Wales YFC / FUW beef and lamb stock judging competitions, where the Montgomery Federation was the overall winners of both competitions followed closely by the Pembrokeshire Federation.

Members also took part in other competitions which included the Randal Parker Foods carcass judging, Eiddwen Garage ATV challenge, lamb trimming and a decorate a Christmas tree in conjunction with the Forestry Committee of the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society.

Kay Morgan, Chairman of the organisations Activities and International Committee stated,
“All members benefited from the varied competitions held over the two days with a high standard achieved by all. We thank all the judges, stewards and sponsors for their continued support of Wales YFC events, without their support it would be very difficult to hold such a varied programme of competitions for our members.”
