Arrangements for the NFYFC Annual General Meeting 2022 are being made, and a copy of the final agenda for the meeting to be held on Sunday 24 April 2022 can be downloaded here.

Supporting papers for the NFYFC AGM are also available from the link above. These include NFYFC audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021, the published annual report for 2021 and an AGM Briefing paper.

The AGM is an in-person meeting and will be live streamed online and you can access the online meeting via this link

All voting for the meeting will be done online using the digital voting platform – those attending the meeting will vote using their smart phones and those not attending can vote online as well. See more information on voting below.

Votes at the AGM

Every YFC Club has been emailed two votes – one to the club chair and one to the club secretary. Where a club has two people jointly elected as a chair or as a secretary, the vote has been sent to only one of these people. We encourage every club to use its votes. County federations and area committees also each receive a vote, as do members of the NFYFC Council.

Votes will be conducted using an online voting system and voting opened several days before the meeting, emails were sent to those entitled to vote with the voting instructions and vote login details.

In this area of the website you will find information and support guides on how to hold a successful debate in your club. A set of FAQs also provides background information about NFYFC and the process of Council.
