During National Young Farmers’ Week (9-13 October), sponsored by Tama, we are encouraging all YFCs to make a local Food Bank donation and to join our nationwide YFC Food Drop.
You and your club can gather food items in the build up to National Young Farmers’ Week and make your donation before or on the Community Day of the week (Tue 10 October). All you need to do to take part, is take a photo of the food you’re donating with members of your club, post on social media and tag @NFYFC.
We’d love to know how many food items your club donated so we can work out the grand total from YFCs. Just drop the number in our simple online form below.
Remember to check with your local food bank to find out which items they need the most rather than donating too many of the same items.
